Christmas Market

All vendors must complete a Vendor Application form. WCMA staff will review all applications before selecting vendors for the season.

Applications for the 2026 Christmas Market open on July 2, 2026 an close on July 31, 2026.

Yes, there is a fee of $50 for the WCMA Christmas Market. This fee can be completed online or in person. If the Vendor Fee is not received on, or before the due date, vendors will be removed from the Christmas Market and the booth space will be offered to another vendor.

The Vendor Fee for the 2025 Christmas Market is September 6, 2025.

The WCMA Christmas Market takes place on the grounds of the Wellington County Museum and Archives, with activities and vendors located both inside the museum and in the Heritage Barn. Due to limited booth space, we cannot guarantee your preferred location. 

The WCMA can provide each vendor with one 6-foot table, one chair and an approximate 8X10 booth space. You are welcome to bring an additional table and chair to complete your preferred set-up.

If you require access to electricity, please ensure to include this in your application so we can ensure you are located in proximity to an electrical outlet. It is encouraged to bring an extension cord with your booth set up.

Yes, vendors are asked to ensure they can commit to both vendors days. Due to limited space inside, vendors available for both days will be given priority.
