From sweet desserts, unique market vendors, fun activities, and live music, there is something at the picnic for everyone. Don’t forget your teddy bear and shopping bag - the Teddy Bear Caper and vendor market are highlights of the event!

Picnic Musicans
Onion Honey Duo perform many of the classic and original folk songs, and a whole mess of old-time instrumental tunes.
Ground Cover a folk rock band formed in 2022 among friends from Guelph. They will include original songs that range from hard-hitting rock, to melodic pop.
Muskrat Market
This here we are excited to welcome Muskrat Market who will be running an artisan vendor market during the picnic! Bring your shopping bag and come find yourself a unique goodie from one of the many vendors.
Teddy Bear Caper
We welcome back the Teddy Bear Caper as a part of the Strawberry Festival. Join us between 1:00 - 2:30pm to show off your teddy best friends. There are prizes for best bears, singalongs for kids and other fun activities and performances.
Teddy Bear Caper Rules:
- available for children 0-12
- There is one adult category for a senior
- Bears must be plush - no ceramic bears permitted
Teddy Bear Contest Categories
Prizes for the Teddy Bear Contest are $5 for the winner of each category and a ticket for one sponge toss collecting donations for the food bank
